As you can see, my tag section is HUGE.  Over my time of reading other people's LiveJournals, as well as expanding my writing, I decided to try and make things as easy to find as possible.  Given how hard it is to search within LJ and how some people tag their entries, I wanted to try and make things as easy as possible to find things in mine.

Please refer to this post as often as needed for a refresher, as well as to see if I’ve added, deleted or changed anything.  I’m a librarian at heart /chuckle and even those using the Dewey Decimal System revise, update and discontinue their way of cataloging.

In the ‘ffc’ section, I have shortened the fandom name as well as the category/genre itself to… well… make it a little easier to run through the tags.  If I get a lot of negative comments regarding this, I will change them.  Please see the ‘abbreviations used’ below the ‘tag headings explained’ for what the shorthand stands for.

Also, please note that only the major characters of the posted piece will be included in the tags.

For example:

The 'Truth and Justice Came First' story.

While it *does* have –bruce wayne/batman; bart allen/impulse; victor stone/cyborg; chr: arthur curry/ac/aquaman; clark kent/kal-el/superman;  and on and on and... – it is *only* listed as – chr: chloe sullivan/watchtower/sidekick, chr: lex luthor, chr: oliver queen/green arrow (em), fdm: justice league (em), fdm: smallville (tvs), ffs: smv (tvs) ‘truth and justice’, ffc: smv (tvs) au, ffc: smv (tvs) crossover, ffc: smv (tvs) er, ffc: smv (tvs) first time, ffc: smv (tvs) est, ffc: smv (tvs) hurt/comfort, ffc: smv (tvs) mstag, ffc: smv (tvs) non-con, ffc: smv (tvs) romance/ust, prg: chloe sullivan/oliver queen, prg: oliver queen/chloe sullivan, prg: chloe sullivan/other, !: surprise pairing, !: tag info.

Everyone but Chloe Sullivan, Oliver Queen and Lex Luthor are rather minor players/characters in the fic.  Smallville and Justice League are the fandoms and, since it’s a large multi-chapter story, it’s given it’s own ‘ffs’ tag.  It’s a crossover with the JL’s Batman, has some ‘episode related’ information/storyline and could be considered as having some ‘missing scene/tags.’

Chances are, the tagging area will be something that's always under construction, which means that at some point in time, when you visit, the tags might not have been updated yet so... please be patient :)  You'll also note that there a lot of tags that aren't being used; some probably never will be – like the 'pairing: catherine chandler/ofc' one – because I'm not into femslash, so that will probably never have anything there but, me being who I am, I like to be prepared /laugh!

At any rate, thanks for stopping by/reading :)
